Inter is the most used font among top-scoring resumes
Among the top 10% of ATS-scored resumes, Inter was the most common font (34%), followed by Arial (28%) and Calibri (22%). Script or decorative fonts appeared in only 2% of top-scoring resumes.

Resumes containing numbers, percentages, or dollar amounts in experience bullet points received 2.1x more views by recruiters on average. Bullets with metrics were 3.4x more likely to include the job title in subsequent callbacks.
The skills section is the most ATS-scanned section
ATS systems spend 47% of their parsing time on the skills section. Yet 32% of analyzed resumes had incomplete or poorly organized skills sections. A dedicated skills section with 8-15 relevant skills performed best.
Remote work keywords increased callback rates by 33%
Resumes mentioning "remote," "hybrid," or "distributed team" in their summary or experience sections had 33% higher callback rates for roles listing remote/hybrid options.
